Other things to note
Wonderfully located!! Only 2 blocks to the Fish Hoek beach (widely considered the warmest water in the Cape). The bay often has whales and dolphins, as well as other marine life, year-round, but especially during the winter months. There are shark nets, so the beach is a popular swimming destination. Just a 5-minute drive or 15 minute walk into Kalk Bay, voted in the top 10 best small towns in the world and an iconic shopping district. If it's natural beauty you are after you can walk, drive or take the train in any direction! False bay is well known for its endless splendour.
The Clovelly Golf course is around the corner. There is quick access to hikes and trail runs in the Table Mountain reserve from the area.
